We typically start off by contacting you over the phone and can send a rough estimate to your email after asking a few questions. We will also, at that time, book you in for an onsite and send out our general manager to assess your project. After the onsite, he will draw up an official quote for you to review. 

You are able to sign this quote online and we will call you to book in your start date. 

We will come in and removal all the tiles and relay a brand new colorbond roof. During the process we will install new steel battens to strengthen and straighten your roof as well as installing a 55mm blanket which will massively increase the insulation of your home and reduces any noise from rain.

We are usually there for 3 days but it only takes 1 day to take the whole roof off and put the new one on. The day each side is to setup scaffold and then clean up everything.

This constantly changes but on average we would be there to start within 2-3 weeks once we have been booked in.

Yes, you can. All the rainwater products we install can match the colour of your new roof, which gives your new roof a neat and fresh finish.

Usually we have around 5-8 staff on the day of the reroof to insure we get the house roofed in 1 day. There is usually 2 staff there the day before and the day after setting up and packing up.

Corrugated is the term for the profile/shape of the metal sheet. Colorbond has 24 colors you can pick from so when we come out to measure up we can bring samples to best suit your style of house.

Yes. We offer a Plumbing Industry Commission Certificate of Compliance with all plumbing works, which covers all workmanship and leaks for up to 7 years.

Colorbond also supplies a 25 year warranty on their product

Yes. We carry $20M public liability insurance, and we are happy to show current certificates to you.
We are also insured for the safety of our employees, and have comprehensive OH&S plans and protocols that employees must follow when working, which comply with WorkSafe requirements. Each plan is individual for each job.
Our insurance covers us for any injury and any damage while working on your house so you can know in the rare case of something going wrong it is 100% covered by us and there will never be any extra charge you have to worry about.

We can accept bank transfer or direct bank deposit. We also have a partnership with Handy pay if you are wanting to consider a payment plan.
